If a purchase was made in the past 30 days, Apple should refund you as part of its 30-day return policy. Refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis.Apple makes the decision based on your purchase and refund records.

- Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
- Follow the instructions on the page to choose the reason you want a refund and submit your request. (Start by answering the "What can we help you with?" question.)
