Please note:It's up to Apple to send you an email notification 2 days prior to billing. In case you didn't receive any, please check in your Apple Subscription Manager and make sure that the option "Renewal Receipts" is toggled on:https://apple.co/2Th4vqI

If a purchase was made in the past 30 days, Apple should refund you as part of its 30-day return policy. Refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis.Apple makes the decision based on your purchase and refund records.

  1. Go toreportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
  3. Follow the instructions on the page to choose the reason you want a refund and submit your request. (Start by answering the "What can we help you with?" question.)

In case Apple replies with an automated notification about a refusal for a refund:

  1. Please contact Apple directly by clicking on this link:https://getsupport.apple.com/?PGF=PGF63006

  2. Click on"Subscriptions & Purchases."

  3. Choose"The topic is not listed",write your own reason and click on"Continue."

  4. Request aPhone Call, Schedule a Call, or Chatwith an Apple representative.
