Circular Array

Circular Array

  1. Select the object or objects you would like to create a polar array with.
  2. Tap the 'Array' option from the actions card. Depending on the selected objects, you may have to swipe the tools to the left in the actions card to find the array function. The icon looks like a small wind mill.
  3. Once tapped, you will see a move icon in the middle of several copies of your selection. This is the center of the array.
  4. The array aligns with the angle of the camera, so we recommend doing polar arrays in orthographic views.
  5. You can use the options in the array card to choose how many degrees you want to make your array within, and how many copies of the object you want to create - you can make up to 16.
  6. When done, tap the check mark.
